Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Shipping estimations start immediately after the processing window.

  • Handcrafted Products: Because many of our blends are small-batch or made to order, please allow up to 3 business days for specialty teas and herbal remedies.

  • Order Accuracy: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by tracking details once it ships.

International Orders

We currently ship within the United States only — but international shipping is on the horizon. If you’d like to be notified when we begin offering global delivery, sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days, please reach out to our support team, we’ll make sure your order is on its way.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

We stand behind every shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive at all:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  2. Include your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue.

  3. We’ll replace or refund your item at no additional cost to you — no questions asked.

Happiness Guarantee

We stand by our blends, and your happiness means everything to us.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery — and we’ll gladly offer:

  • A replacement,

  • A store credit, or

  • A full refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).

We don’t believe in making customers jump through hoops — just send us an email, and we’ll take care of it.


Repeat Offenders

We want to do everything in our power to be the best company for you by providing the highest quality products, with no contact with plastics, sourced from families that will impact their lives with every purchase you make. However, we do know that there are people out there that may abuse a generous return policy. If our team identifies that you may be acting in bad faith and trying to just get free products from us without paying, we will refuse your business and have the ability to block your address, I.P, and other methods. Please do not try and take advantage of a small company trying to do good for the planet and our customers, give our products a chance, and know you're making a difference with every order you place!


Return Eligibility

Because our products are consumable and crafted in small batches, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
However, if your tea arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you’re fully covered under our Happiness Guarantee — no return required in most cases.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email our customer care team at support@serenetreeapothecary.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We’ll respond within 1 business day with simple next steps and, if needed, a prepaid return label.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We know that sometimes things go wrong in transit — and when they do, we’ve got you covered.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable).
    We’ll send out a replacement or refund right away — no return necessary.


Sustainable Practices

We strive to make every part of our process as kind to the planet as possible — even returns.
Whenever feasible, we encourage our customers to compost, recycle, or reuse any tea packaging rather than sending it back.
Your trust matters more than a returned box.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a tea for another blend, we’re happy to help.
Just email our team and we’ll guide you through your options — we may even suggest a custom tea that better matches your preferences.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and approved.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.
