Does Oolong Tea Have Caffeine?
+
Yes, our Oolong tea does generally contain caffeine, but it’s more the middle of the road option as it contains more caffeine than green tea but not as much caffeine as black tea. Each cup of Oolong tea usually ranges between 30-50mg of caffeine content which for some may be optimal to enjoy during the workday without reaching that overcaffeinated feeling. Should any of our Oolong Tea’s not contain caffeine, we will state such a thing on our pages or on our labels.
Green Tea or Oolong Tea? Best Loose Leaf Weight Loss Tea
+
Green Tea and Oolong teas are incredibly popular categories in the tea world, however each comes with their own unique sets of advantages. When it comes to the processing of the two types of tea leaves, Oolong is exposed to more oxidation, has an overall floral flavor profile with moderate caffeine content per cup and can help with metabolism, heart health and digestion. Green teas undergo less oxidation, have an overall grassy flavor profile and have slightly less caffeine content per cup than Oolong while promoting skin health, weight loss and keeping your energy up. So although the health benefits are similar between the two teas, Oolong has more caffeine content while Green teas have more antioxidants.
