What Is Ginger Turmeric Tea?
Ginger and turmeric are close relatives in the same plant family, and both are rhizomes, the knobbly underground stems used as spices across Asia for thousands of years. Ginger brings a bright, zesty heat; turmeric an earthy, golden warmth.
Our blend pairs single-origin ginger with turmeric, adds orange for brightness, and bael nut, the dried fruit of an Indian tree with a mild, sweet, slightly citrusy flavor, for a rounder cup. Blue cornflower petals add color. There are no tea leaves, so it is naturally caffeine-free.

How To Brew Ginger Turmeric Tea
Hot: use 1 to 2 teaspoons per 8 oz of water just below boiling and steep 5 to 7 minutes, then strain. Longer steeps give more ginger heat.
Golden milk: steep 2 teaspoons in 4 oz of hot water, strain, then add warm frothed milk and honey.
Iced: brew double-strength, cool, and pour over ice with lemon.
Is Ginger Turmeric Tea Caffeine-Free?
Yes. It is made from roots, fruit, flowers and citrus, with no tea leaves, so it is naturally caffeine-free.
