What Is In Sunshine Mood Tea?

This is an herbal blend of plants with long traditions in herbal practice around the world. Calendula (pot marigold) gives silky sweetness and golden color; lemon balm and citrus a bright lemony lift; tulsi (holy basil) a gentle, clove-like warmth; apple a natural sweetness; ashwagandha a soft, earthy base; and St. John’s wort a mild herbal note. Butterfly pea flowers turn it a striking blue.

There are no tea leaves, so it is naturally caffeine-free. Because it contains St. John’s wort and ashwagandha, please read the Good To Know notes below before drinking it.
