Creative Zest is a bright, fruity, caffeine-free herbal tea: smooth green rooibos with zesty orange and lemon, juicy mango and apricot, a little mint and golden marigold petals. It tastes like sunshine in a cup, and it is just as good iced as it is hot.

What Is Creative Zest?

Creative Zest is a fruit-and-herb blend built on green rooibos. Rooibos is a naturally caffeine-free South African herb; the green (unoxidized) version is lighter, fresher and a little grassier than the familiar red rooibos, which makes it a clean base for fruit.

On top of it we add orange and lemon for zest, mango and apricot for juicy sweetness, a touch of mint for freshness, and marigold petals for color. There are no tea leaves, so it is naturally caffeine-free.

How To Brew Creative Zest

Hot: use 1 to 2 teaspoons per 8 oz of water just below boiling and steep 5 to 7 minutes, then strain. Rooibos does not turn bitter, so a longer steep just gives a fruitier cup.

Iced: this is a great iced tea. Brew double-strength and pour over ice, or cold brew 2 tablespoons in 32 oz of cold water overnight. Add orange slices.
