Daily Memory & Focus Blend Details

Daily Memory & Focus Blend is a bright, minty, caffeine-free herbal tea of peppermint, ginkgo leaf and safflower petals. Peppermint leads with a fresh, clean lift; ginkgo adds a grounding, gently herbal base; and safflower brings smoothness and a touch of golden color. It is a clear-tasting cup for desk days, study sessions and afternoons when you want something fresh without caffeine.

  • Sizes: 1 oz and 4 oz of loose leaf tea.
  • Ingredients: Ginkgo leaf, safflower petals and peppermint.
  • Caffeine: Naturally caffeine-free.
  • Brew: 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz of water just below boiling. Steep 5–7 minutes, then strain.

What Is Ginkgo Tea?

Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) is one of the oldest tree species on Earth, sometimes called a living fossil, with distinctive fan-shaped leaves. Its dried leaves have a long history in traditional herbal practice, especially in China, and brew a mild, slightly bitter, green-herbal tea.

On its own ginkgo is quite plain, so our blend pairs it with peppermint for freshness and safflower petals for a smooth, rounded body. The result tastes mostly of mint, with a gentle herbal depth underneath.

Meet Our Daily Memory & Focus Blend

Open the bag and peppermint leads, bright and cool, with green ginkgo leaf and orange-gold safflower petals through the blend. Steeped, it brews a light golden cup: minty and fresh up front, with a grounding herbal base and a mild bitterness from ginkgo that balances any sweetener, and a smooth finish from safflower. Packed to order in 1 oz and 4 oz sizes.

How To Brew It

Hot: use 1 to 2 teaspoons per 8 oz of water just below boiling and steep 5 to 7 minutes, then strain. A touch of honey rounds out the ginkgo.

Iced: brew double-strength, cool, and pour over ice for a refreshing, caffeine-free desk drink.

Is It Caffeine-Free?

Yes. Peppermint, ginkgo and safflower are all herbs, so the blend is naturally caffeine-free. If you want a caffeinated afternoon cup instead, try our sencha or Tie Guan Yin.
